WINE
The first wines were produced at Eling Forest in 1993 and the long cool growing season in the Southern Highlands allows our grapes to grow and develop resulting in wines with a crisp and clear flavour.
We currently produce about 30,000 bottles annually and our cellar door operates 5 days per week.
Our varieties include:
Whites: Riesling, Semillon, Unwooded Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc
Reds: Rosé, Cabernet Merlot, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Shiraz
Fortified: Cherry Port, Botrytis Semillon
